This PAYMENT POLICY outlines the terms and conditions governing all payments made to UrbanSign Works for products and services.
1. Accepted Payment Methods

All payments are processed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified at checkout.
2. Payment Security
The security of your financial information is our top priority.
PCI DSS Compliance: We do not directly store or process your sensitive payment card details on our servers. All credit card transactions are processed through our PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) compliant third-party payment gateways (e.g., ‘Stripe’, ‘PayPal’).
Encryption: Our Site uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology to ensure that your payment information is transmitted securely between your browser and our payment processors.
3. Pricing and Taxes
Product Pricing: All prices for our products and services are displayed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice; however, the price charged for a confirmed order will be the price displayed at the time of checkout.
Sales Tax: Sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total during checkout, where required by law. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes based on the shipping destination.
4. Payment for Custom Orders & Authorization
By placing an order for our custom-made products:
You authorize us to charge the total amount due (including product cost, shipping, and taxes) to your selected payment method at the time you place your order.
You acknowledge that because our products are made-to-order, all sales are final once production has begun, as detailed in our RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY.
5. Billing Disputes and Failed Payments
Failed Payments: If a payment fails to process, we will notify you, and your order will not be placed into production until a successful payment is received.
Billing Disputes: If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us immediately at info@urbansignworks.com. For disputes with your bank or credit card company (chargebacks), we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the issue amicably. Unresolved chargebacks may result in the suspension of future ordering privileges.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our items, our return policy is strict but fair. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Custom Products Orders: All sales are final once production begins.
Defective or Damaged Orders: Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives defective due to a manufacturing error or is damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace it, remake it, or refund it at no cost to you.
To report a defective or damaged item, you must:
Contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.
Provide clear photographs or a video of the defect or damage, including the original packaging.
Provide your order number.
Once we receive and confirm the issue, we will initiate a replacement or remake. Please note that the production time for a replacement may vary. The average time for a remake is 30 business days from the date of approval, not including shipping time.
Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order for a full refund if you contact us within 24 hours of placing the order, or if the production has not yet started. We always communicate via email to document the start of production. If production has already commenced, the sale is final, and the cancellation request cannot be honored.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to four weeks (approximately 20 business days) for the refund to be credited to your account after the approval date. The processing time depends on your financial institution and is beyond our control.
