This policy outlines important information regarding the processing, shipping, and delivery of your orders from UrbanSign Works. Please read it carefully.
1. Order Processing & Production Time
Because our products are custom-made, each order requires a production period before it can be shipped.
Estimated Processing Time: 14-28 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
This time frame begins once order details are confirmed and payment is cleared. It covers the creation, quality check, and preparation of your custom items for shipment.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to a wide range of countries. Shipping availability and costs will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout based on your delivery address.
3. Shipping Costs & Methods
Shipping Costs: All shipping costs are calculated in real-time based on the shipment’s destination, weight, and dimensions. The final cost will be displayed and charged at checkout. Often we have limited-time free shipping to selected destinations on selected products subjected to our terms and conditions.
Shipping Carriers: We partner with reliable shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL. The specific carrier used will be selected at our discretion to provide the best service for your location.
4. Delivery Times & Delays
Estimated Delivery Time: After your order ships, the estimated transit time provided by the carrier is typically between 3-10 business days domestically and 7-21 business days internationally. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Potential for Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Delays can occur due to:
Carrier processing times (especially during peak seasons).
Inclement weather or natural disasters.
Customs hold-ups for international orders.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
We will, however, work with you and the carrier to help resolve any delivery issues.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to activate on the carrier’s website.
6. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. Please double-check this information at checkout.
Incorrect Addresses: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. If the customer is unreachable, the order may be cancelled and refunded, minus the original shipping costs and a restocking fee if applicable.
Failed Delivery Attempts: For packages that are undeliverable or unclaimed, the carrier will typically return them to us. We will contact you to arrange re-shipment, and additional shipping fees will apply.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
These charges are levied by the destination country and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be.
