These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the https://urbansignworks.com/, UrbanSign Works website and the purchase of custom signage products (“Products”) from UrbanSign Works. By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our other policies, including our PRIVACY POLICY and RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY.
1. Use of Website and Intellectual Property
a. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it by introducing viruses, attempting unauthorized access, or engaging in any activity that disrupts the Site’s functionality.
b. All content on the Site, including logos, text, graphics, and designs, is our intellectual property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
2. Custom Artwork and Customer Responsibilities
a. By uploading artwork, designs, or any other materials (“Customer Content”), you represent and warrant that you own all rights to the Customer Content or have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and authorizations to use it for the intended purpose, including reproduction on our Products.
b. You agree to indemnify and hold UrbanSign Works harmless from any and all claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from any alleged infringement of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights related to the Customer Content you provide. We assume no responsibility for verifying the ownership or legality of the Customer Content.
3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
a. Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but the price confirmed at checkout will be honored for your order.
b. Payment: Full payment is required to initiate production of your custom order. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method for the total amount.
c. Taxes and Shipping: Applicable sales tax and shipping costs will be clearly displayed and itemized during the checkout process before Payment is finalized.
4. Promotions and Discounts
a. Eligibility: Promotional offers, including but not limited to percentage discounts (e.g., “25% off”) or free shipping, are valid only for the specified promotional period and apply only to eligible Products.
b. Limitations: Promotions cannot be combined with any other offers or applied to previous orders unless expressly stated. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased under a
promotion. Offers are valid “while supplies last” or until the promotional period ends, whichever comes first.
c. Free Shipping: “Free Standard Delivery” applies only to eligible orders shipping to designated destinations. Additional charges will apply for expedited shipping, oversized/overweight products, and shipments to restricted regions. The customer remains solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by the destination country.
d. Modification or Cancellation: UrbanSign Works reserves the right to modify, cancel, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, due to error, fraud, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. 2-Year Limited Warranty
a. Coverage: UrbanSign Works warrants that its Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery to the original purchaser (“Warranty Period”).
b. What is Covered: This warranty covers: Structural integrity of the sign (e.g., frames, panels). Failure of electrical components (e.g., LED modules, wiring) supplied by
us. Defects directly attributable to our manufacturing process.
c. What is Not Covered: This warranty does not cover: Damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper installation, or acts of nature. Normal wear and tear, weathering, fading, or deterioration are expected over time. Damage occurring during transit (which must be reported separately upon delivery). Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by anyone other than UrbanSign Works.
d. Warranty Claim Process: To make a claim, you must contact us at info@urbansignworks.com within the Warranty Period with your order number, a detailed description of the defect, and supporting photographs or video. If the claim is approved, our sole obligation is at our discretion, is to repair the Product, replace it with a functionally equivalent product, or issue a store credit for the original purchase price. This is your exclusive remedy under this warranty.
