Production takes 15 business days from design approval: 2 days for your free 3D mockup, then approximately 13 days of precision fabrication. Delivery time is additional and varies by destination — typically 3–7 business days within the US, longer for international orders. Your confirmed delivery window is provided at quote stage. Is there any upfront design fee?

No. We provide a complete free 3D design mockup and custom quote with zero upfront fees and no obligation to proceed. You only pay when you’re satisfied with the design and ready to move to production.

Do you handle installation?

We coordinate installation through a trusted network of third-party licensed installers. Alternatively — if you have a preferred contractor or in-house team — we provide comprehensive installation documentation: hardware specs, mounting diagrams, electrical connection guides, and direct support from our engineering team. Either way, you won’t be left figuring it out alone.

What warranty comes with my sign?

All qualifying sign products are backed by our 2-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and fabrication workmanship. We stand behind every sign we build.

I have a hard deadline. Will my sign arrive in time?

Tell us your deadline upfront when you submit your brief — we’ll work back from it. Production is 15 business days, with delivery time confirmed by destination. For tight turnarounds, rush production options may be available. We’d rather tell you honestly what’s achievable than overpromise and underdeliver. Contact us directly if timing is critical.

Can you ship internationally?

What file formats do you accept for logos?

We prefer vector files (.ai, .eps, .svg) as they scale perfectly for fabrication. We also accept high-resolution PDF and PNG files (300 DPI or higher). If you only have a low-resolution image or no vector file, our design team can recreate your logo artwork — just let us know when you submit your brief.

How much does a custom sign cost?

Every sign is custom — pricing depends on sign type, materials, dimensions, complexity, and lighting configuration. Our average project ranges from $1,000 to $3,000 for SMB-scale signage.
